5 Best Tips To Quit Smoking

1. First thing to do to help you quit smoking is take a really really deep breathe and just relax think about how fresh that air is without all the smoking. Think about how much money you are going to save,  How you will become fit again, Your teeth will be white and your breath will no longer be bad. Remember Quiting Smoking is a lot about will power, concentate and you will be fine. I promise

2.Keep yourself extra busy, Like take up a new hobbie or starting going to a gym or even do one of those jobs that you have been putting off for so long like cleaning out garden shed or making your garden look nice. Another thing to consider is keeping your mouth busy, I would reccomend chewing gum or just putting a pen in your mouth or something, This always helped me, but whatever you do dont chew a whole package of sugar free gum in a short time or you could find yourself running to the toilet!

3.I would also reccomend finding another person who someone close to you that wishes to quit do too! This way you can do it together, Which believe it or not actually helps alot since you can both support one another though this very tough time. The more time you spend with your Quit Smoking partner as possible so this will really help you both keep your mind off Smoking

4.This one I would highly reccomend if you are really struggling not to have a Cigrette! go to your bedroom and just lay on your bed with some of your favourite music on, Just stop and chill out, Open a window to let in some fresh air. Make sure you tell any friends or family members to leave you alone for a hour or so, So you can totally chill out!
